The museum is located in the heart of Athens, just a short walk from the National Archaeological Museum. In the premises of the Athenian Capitol shopping center at the corner of September 3rd and Ioulianou Streets, the first Automobile Museum in the country is located, with about 110 cars on display. The cars were donated to the museum by Todoros Harakionis, head of the Harakionis Group and collector. The oldest exhibit is a Hungarian fire pumper dating back to 189, while the youngest is a 1980 Mercedes 450SL. In total, Harakionis' collection includes 300 cars, which will gradually be added to the museum's collection, some of which belonged to world theater and cinema celebrities, as well as famous politicians.
