Aristotle Park

Aristotle Park is located in an amazing location near the ruins of Mahalas, in the historical village of Stagira, the capital of Manthemochoria. It is the only theme park in Halkidiki that is worth visiting to see interesting instruments and enjoy the beautiful view of the bay of Ierissos. There used to be a grove here and in 1956 this place was chosen for the park where the statue of Aristotle, sculpted by Nikolaos in honor of the great philosopher born in ancient Stagira, will be placed. In the park you will see original tools that work according to the laws of nature, described in the works of Aristotle and especially in his work on natural science. Aristotle's Park has become a favorite destination because it uniquely combines recreation, entertainment and education. In the area of the park is also the Madem Aga Tower with its konaki, which was the administrative center of the mines in the Sidirokafsia region.
