Xigia Beach
The sulphurous beaches of Xigia are located 22 km from the capital of the island, Zakynthos. They are picturesque pebble beaches with turquoise waters. The beach is not very big but organized with umbrellas, sun loungers, snack bar and car parking. Near the beach, you will find traditional taverns with a wide selection of local specialties and fresh seafood. There are two beaches with the name Xigia, the first beach on the road from Zakynthos town towards the north is Xigia beach, but the second beach is Spa beach Xigia with thermal waters.
