At the foot of the famous Mount Olympus are the waterfalls of Enipea, of which the largest waterfall, about 38 meters high, is located in the Enipeas Gorge in Pieria. Impressive slopes and ravines, dense vegetation, picturesque wooden bridges, flowing waters, ponds with crystal clear water and small waterfalls make up a beautiful natural environment that fascinates lovers of mountain routes. The waterfalls can be accessed via the international mountaineering trail with route E4, which crosses the gorge. The route passes through beautiful wooden bridges, the cave where St. Dionysius practiced and the monastery of St. Dionysius. A short walk from the monastery, the path will lead you to the beautiful Enipea waterfalls.
