Chrysi Amoudia beach

The beach is located in the east of the island and are part of the largest beach that starts from Skala Panagia and ends at Skala Potamias, including the Gold Coast. The beach is 12 km from Limenas, the capital of the island. The name of Chrysi Ammoudia beach comes from its coastline, where you will find a sandy shore with golden yellow sand and turquoise crystal clear sea, where the bottom deepens very gently and makes this beach ideal for small children. It is one of the most popular beaches on the island, awarded with the blue flag, where it is always full of people and most of the beach is fully organized. The beach has sunbeds, umbrellas, beach bar and water sports facilities, as well as access to the sea for the disabled.
