Beaches of Glyfada

Five beautiful beaches form the beach of Glyfada, stretching from the marina of Agio Kosma to the private beach of Asteras. It is a favorite bathing spot for many Athens residents, as they have easy and free access. The promenades were cleaned by the Municipality of Glyfada in 2015 and are equipped with benches, showers, changing rooms, wicker umbrellas, lighting and lifeguard towers. Glyfada beach is the closest of the clean beaches in Athens. Beach No. 2 (B) and No. 4 (D) have a disabled access to the water.
