The beach is located in the south of the island, about 41 km from Limenas, the island's capital. This one of the island's most unusual coastlines sits opposite a mining operation that once produced iron ore for decades. On the beach, the white sand contrasts completely with the dark metal that covers the surrounding land. The structures of the old mill and caves of different sizes are still visible, there are even underwater caves in Palataki. Today, the crystal clear water and dense vegetation are ideal conditions for an open exhibition, unique works of art from the past. The beach is organized with umbrellas, deck chairs and beach bar.
