Glyfoneri Beach

The beach is located next to Pachi beach, on the north side of the island and about 8 km from Limenas, the capital of the island. This picturesque beach is covered with pine trees, the trees reach the sea and cover most of the beach with their shade. The crystal clear sea with fine sand and shallow waters is ideal for beach games and safe swimming for even the youngest children, who can play carefree on the sand or in the sea. There are sunbeds on the beach, but no umbrellas as most of the beach is covered by pine trees. There is a tavern on the beach where you can enjoy cold drinks and local specialties.
