Agios Stefanos beach

The beach is located near the town of Kefalos, about 39 km from the capital of Kos, Agios Stefanos is one of the most beautiful and much photographed places on the island. The long beach with sand and pebbles is ideal for couples who want to spend a day at the sea. Next to the beach is the Ruins of St. Stephen's Basilica. Where there are ruins of columns, mosaic floors, baptisteries and other parts of the temples that will make you feel part of the ancient era. The beauty of the landscape is complemented by the view of the island of Kastri, it is located opposite the beach and on it you will see a small church with a blue dome. The beach is organized with sun loungers, umbrellas, games and sports activities.
