Tigaki Beach

The beach is located in the village of Tigaki, about 11 km from Kos town. The promenade of the beach extends for a distance of 10 km to the salt marshes. The golden sand and shallow waters make this beach attractive for children and most vacationers. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag many times not only for its impeccable organization but also for its neat appearance. Apart from the crystal clear sea, the beach attracts surfers for its waves that are created in this place. Tigaki beach is divided into several smaller beaches such as Flamingo, Barracuda, Inbetweeners. On the beach you can ride a catamaran or do various water sports, but if you are not experienced, you will be trained. The beach is organized with umbrellas, sun loungers and a large selection of cafés and restaurants.
