Makris Yalos Beach
Makris Yalos beach is quite long (perhaps this is the reason for its name), the beach is kept clean all year round. It is one of the main tourist attractions, as it is one of the most organized beaches on the whole island, it has a bar with a restaurant and various water activities. Every year the beach is awarded the blue flag for its clean sea with light colored sand all over the beach. Most locals and visitors choose this beach because it is very close to Argostoli, the capital of the island, but also because of its high level of organization and comfort
