Astrida Beach

The beach is located in the village of Astrida, in a picturesque bay near the village of Potos and 45 km from the capital of Limenas. On the beach, white sand and pebbles, surprisingly combined with each other, creating a unique background for those who like to swim in crystal clear blue water and where the bottom deepens gradually. The beach is organized with umbrellas, deck chairs and a small beach bar. Olive trees and pine trees stretching all the way to the sea give the beach a wonderful flavor. Here you can spend your time in a peaceful environment away from the noisy areas of the island. Next door is the organized beach of Psili Ammos, one of the most popular beaches of the island and the natural pool of Giola, one of the most famous natural landscapes of Thassos island. At the other end of Astrida beach, you can see fishing boats, as the area is a famous fishing spot. Professionals and fishing enthusiasts prefer the island of Panagia, which is located opposite.
